Mayors of Santa Clara County and Santa Clara County Supervisor Chavez sent a letter requesting the state support and assistance in operationalizing Santa Clara County’s recent health order [LINK] to receive complete vaccination data from all parties in the County. Please consider enacting a state health order mandating disclosure to counties by private providers.
