Constraints Survey Data Summary 2022

A summary of data constraints data collected through a county-wide survey, for use in Housing Elements Constraints Analyses. Includes tables and graphics representing impact fees and processes for both single-family and multi-family housing development.

Santa Clara County 2022 Income Limits

The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) has released the official State Income Limits for 2022, effective May 13, 2022 after the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)’s updated Public Housing and Section 8 Income Limits.
