Windsor PTA Directory Spot – Windsor PTA

The Cities Association's 2021 Directory is hosted on Directory Spot. 

Directory Spot can be accessed online via their website, directoryspot.net, or you can download their mobile app on the App Store or Google Play.

Member jurisdictions of the Cities Association of Santa Clara County have complimentary access to the Directory, which provides contact info of legislative and city electeds and staff in the County.

Non-members may contact us to purchase access to the Directory  for $15.

How do I...

After receiving a verification email from Directory Spot that you have been granted access to our Directory, follow the instructions in the email from Directory Spot to log in.

If you did not receive an e-mail from Directory Spot or forgot your password:

  1. Go to directoryspot.net and click on “Login” in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Enter your email address as your Username, and click on “Reset Password.” An email will be sent to you with a link to set your password.
  3. Click on the link in your email to set your password and login.

Use the search bar to type in the name of the contact you want to look up. You can view term expiry dates for elected officials in their contact notes.

Click on “Search Groups” from the menu on the left of the screen. From there, you can filter contacts by groups, including: Agency, City Managers, City Clerks, Councilmembers, City, CASCC Boards and Committees, Community Partner, Assembly, Senate, and US House.

You can find city info (e.g. City Hall contact info, council meeting times) by clicking on a City group.

Message a group in web version
  1. Click on “Messages”
  2. Select the group that you would like to message. Unselect any recipients in the group you don’t want to message.
  3. Click “Compose Message.” Sending the message will email all contacts in the group that were left selected.

Message a group in app / using your own email client

Messaging through the app allows you to use your own email client.

  1. Tap on the group that you would like to send an email to.
  2. Tap on the menu icon  Pin on Elements of design   in the upper right corner.
  3. Tap on “Send Email” and compose your message.
  4. To compose from your email client on your computer instead, tap “Cancel,” then “Save Draft.” You can then open the draft from your email on any device.

  1. Click “Download PDFs” from the left-hand menu.
  2. Choose to download directory organized by contact or by group.
  3. When the dialogue box appears, open the file if you only want to print it, or save the file if you want an electronic copy.

Close window
