Template Documents for Deadline Extensions

Model Order Extending Local Land Use Deadlines (April 17, 2020). This order gives developers or homeowners more time to act on building permits and entitlements/permits.
Model Ordinance Extending Local Land Use Deadlines (April 17, 2020). The ordinance suspends all time frames relating to the maximum time the city has to process or take action on applications for entitlements or permits
Model Resolution of Impossibility to Comply with Deadlines (April 17, 2020). This resolution puts in the official record that it is not possible to meet all deadlines.
Draft Template Letter to Governor on Extending Deadlines (April 10, 2020). This letter asks the Governor to suspend deadlines for cities.
