Board of Directors Second Thursdays 7-9pm*
Legislative Action Committee (LAC) Second Thursdays 6-7pm, scheduled as needed
City Selection Committee (CSC) Second Thursdays before Board meetings, scheduled as vacancies arise. Length of meetings are dependent on the number of appointments to be made.
Executive Board  First Fridays 3-4pm

*Except for in May, July, and December. Our annual General Membership Event is held in May, our General Membership Meeting in December, and there is no meeting in July.

Public Comment

Those interested in addressing a Board or Committee may submit public comment by:

1. Email

Email comments to  our Board Clerk at audin@citiesassociation.org. Emails will be forwarded to the Board or Committee you wish to address and posted under "Correspondence" on our website. Please identify the Agenda Item number on which you are commenting in the subject line of your email.

2. Providing oral public comment during the meeting

  • Register to attend the meeting that wish to make public comment at using the link above.
  • Your email address will not be disclosed to the public. If you wish to make an oral public comment but do not wish to provide your name, you may enter “County Resident” or a similar designation.
  • During the meeting, click the “raise hand” feature in Zoom when the Chair announces the item on which you wish to speak.
  • Phone participants should dial *9 to raise their hand and *6 to toggle mute/unmute.
  • When called to speak, please limit your comments to the time allotted (up to 3 minutes, at the discretion of the Chair).
